Many people see fast food as a good and easy choice, because is convenience and is  fast food. The question here is how convenience is that kind of food, and how healthy is for you? A lot adolescents eat away from home creating a habit of fast food. Sometimes fast food restaurants does not offer more nutrients choices than standards hamburgers, french fries and sodas. The beverages or soft drinks are preferred for young people  instead of natural juices or milk. Adolescents  choose these as the primary beverage. Teenager  that have more chance to eat at home eat healthier.  Just forget about that junk food, and start thinking healthier. Sometimes fast food is easier and convenience but once in a while. Enjoy those foods when you are young due that children  will take more energy from fat. You can eat all you want but has to be according in your needs. If you have a job that you are going to be seated all they long of course you don’t need to replenish all those calories that you haven’t burnt. If you work in construccion you are going to need a lot of water and a lot carbs. Carbs gives you a lot of energy to perform your job. Sometimes we get confused in our diet. Here is a progressive diet you can follow. Remember the amount per servings. Very important that you can have  a good balance in carbs, healthy fats, proteins. You can have 6 meals a day if you lean how to balance the nutrients with pout getting fat.  Also you can break the diet once in a while, after all we deserve to eat what we like most. Pick a goal everyday that you feel confident you can change in your diet for the next days. Every week, save informationabout your commitment and food you eating. Share your goal with those close to you and put a note of your goal on your refrigerator so you are more likely to succeed. Balance a good diet with a lot protein and low in carbs.
